Inspo for collection: diy printmaking on vintage blank clothes is so special to me & being a business owner for the last decade of my life may have informed the way I view* the political and economic systems that we live under.
*(Small businesses are structurally set up to capture value that can be kept within our local economy. Corporations are structurally built to capture and remove value from local economies and give them to shareholders.)
Artist Bio:
“My name is Jared Wesley.
I ran a coffee roastery/café called Wesley Andrews for the past 10 years before it closed at the end of 2025.
I believe that all art is collage.
I love experimenting with textures.
I love experimenting with package design.
I believe that all art is collaborative.
I have always wanted to make and sell diy clothes since I was a kid.
I am still in love coffee as an artform and continue to roast for Bichota Coffee and also sell green coffee imported from Cima Café and Bean Belt Coffee.”
